Personal data processing

Providing one’s personal data Customer gives their consent to the processing, keeping and using their personal data by the right of Federal Law № 152-FL «About personal data» from 27.07.2006 for the following purposes:

• registering User on the website;
• providing customer service;
• getting the information about marketing events by User;
• performance of liabilities to Customer from Seller;
• conducting of an audit and other local researches for the purpose of provided services quality improvement.

Personal data can be defined as any personal information that allow to identify Customer such as:

• Last name, First name, Middle name;
• Birth date;
• Contact phone number;
• E-mail address;
• Mailing address.

Customers personal data is kept on electronic media only and is processes by automated systems apart from the cases when manual process of the data is unavoidable due to satisfying of the government requirements.

Seller guarantees not to hand obtained personal data to the third party apart from the following cases:

• at the request of authorities having jurisdiction in the RF only on the grounds and in accordance with legislated procedures.
• Strategic partners who work with Seller through providing the goods and services. Or to those partners who help Seller to distribute the goods and services to customers. We provide the third parties with the minimum of personal data necessary only for the delivery of the service or conducting a transaction.

Seller reserves the right to make changes to these rules providing that the changes do not conflict with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The changes of the conditions come into effect after they are posted on the Website.
