Privacy policy

The current Privacy Policy of the personal data (hereinafter Privacy Policy) can be applied to all the information that online shop «Solovjinaya karusel», located at the domain sol-karusel.ru, can obtain about User while using the website of the online shop, programs and goods of the online shop.

1. Terminology definitions

• «Personal data privacy» – a mandatory requirement for an Operator or any other person who has access to the personal data. Without the personal data subject’s consent this data cannot be distributed apart from the cases where there is a legitimate reason for this action.
• «User of the online shop website (hereinafter User)» – a person that has access to the website through the Internet and uses the website of the online shop.
• «Cookies» – a certain part of data sent by the web-server and kept on the user’s computer, which web-client or web-browser resends to the web-server in the form of HTTP-request every time the page of the web-site is about to be opened.
• «IP address» – a unique net address of a host built with an IP protocol.

2. General terms and conditions

2.1. Using the online shop website by User means that they agree with current privacy policy and the conditions of User’s personal data processing.

2.2. In case of disagreement with privacy policy User has to stop using the online shop website.

2.3. Current privacy policy is applied only to the website of the online shop «Solovjinaya karusel». Online shop does not control and assume no responsibility for the websites of the third parties which User can open by following the links at the online shop website.

4.1.11. Performance of advertisement actions with the consent of User.

4.1.12. Providing User with access to websites or partner services of the online shop for the purposes of getting goods, updates, services.

5. Ways and deadlines of the personal data process

5.1. User’s personal data process is carried out without time limits, through any legitimate ways including informational systems of personal data using automated means or without them.

5.2. User agrees that website administration has a right to hand personal data to the third parties, in particular delivery services, mailing organizations, telecom carriers only for the purpose of execution of User’s order placed on the online shop website «Solovjinaya karusel», including the delivery of goods.

5.3. User’s personal data can be handed to the authorities having jurisdiction of state authority of the Russian Federation only by the right of and according to legislated procedures of the Russian Federation.

5.4. Should the data be lost or disclosed, website administration informs User about the loss of disclosure of personal data.

6. Oblgations of partners

6.1. User is obliged:

6.1.1. Provide the personal data information necessary for using the online shop website.

6.1.2. Update, complete the provided personal data information in case any changes occurred to it.

6.2. Website administration is obliged:

6.2.1. Use the obtained information only for purposes stated in section 4 of the current Privacy policy.

6.2.2. Make sure that confidential information is kept under seal of secrecy, not to disclose it without a written consent from User beforehand as well as not to perform trading, exchange, publication or disclosure of the obtained User’s personal information through any possible ways except for those in sections 5.2, 5.3 of the current Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions for protection of User’s personal data privacy according to the procedure usually undertaken for protection of such information in the current business practice.

6.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User starting from the moment of User’s claim or request or their representative in law or the authority having jurisdiction in protection of the personal data subjects’ rights for the period of inspection in case of revealing of invalid data or illegal actions.

7. Liability of the parties

7.1. Website administration that did not perform its obligations is responsible for material losses of User which were caused by unlawful use of the personal data in accordance with the Russian Federation legislation, apart from the cases stated in sections 5.2, 5.3, 7.2 of the current Privacy policy.

7.2. In case of the loss or disclosure of the Confidential information website administration is not responsible for it providing that this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. It had been provided by the third party before it was obtained by the website administration.

7.2.3. It was disclosed with the User’s consent.

8. Dispute resolution procedures

8.1. Lodging a claim (written proposal of voluntary settlement) is obligatory before judicial recourse with a dispute arisen from the relationships between User of the online shop website and website administration.

8.2. The receiver of a claim informs the claimer in writing about the result of the claim handling within 30 calendar days from the day of receiving a claim.

8.3. If the settlement cannot be reached, a dispute will be submitted to the court of justice in accordance with the current legislation if the Russian Federation.

8.4. Current legislation of the Russian Federation is applied to the current Privacy policy and the relationships between User and website administration.

9. Additional conditions

9.1. Website administration has a right to change the current Privacy policy without the User’s consent.

9.2. New Privacy policy come into effect from the moment of its posting on the online shop website, if the new version of the Privacy policy does not outline anything different.

9.3. Current Privacy policy is posted on the page located at sol-karusel.ru.
